Shipping and Shipment Tracking

Shipping Methods:

For Domestic US shipments over one pound, we use UPS Ground for shipping. Transit time is anywhere between 2 days to 7 days.

For Domestic US shipments under one pound, we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail for shipping at our discretion. Transit time is anywhere between 2 days to 7 days.

Exceptions: Domestic address using PO Box address, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, AFO, we will use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail in place of UPS regardless of package weight. Transit time is anywhere between 2 days to 7 days.

For International Shipments, we use USPS Global Priority (Air) Mail or via Airfreight depending on quantity of the order. Transit time is usually between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the overseas customs procedures.

Customs import duty duties varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the buyer since it is not subject to our estimations. Customers are responsible for understanding the rate of duty for your particular destination and for payment (if required). We do not collect your country's custom duty charges in advance.

(Note for International Buyers: We cannot mis-mark our packages under false categories such as "gift" or under list the value of our goods in order to save or bypass your customs duty. We rely heavily on the ability to import-export for our business and are heavily scrutinized for our import and export procedures. We will not risk our ability to conduct international business by mis-labeling our customs declaration forms. Thank you for your understanding).

Processing Time and Order Notification:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately from PayPal. When your order is ready for processing and shipping, you will receive another confirmation email to your paypal address verifying payment and preparation of your package.

Packages are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days of order for items in stock. Weekends and Holidays excluded. Of course, preparation lead time will vary according to the current workload and may be shortened or extended by a matter of a few days.

Please use the email or include the email address you used at checkout when sending us an email. We use email addresses as references for your orders. Also, it helps to expedite correspondences if you include previous copies of emails within your email inquiries.

Tracking Numbers for Shipped Packages:

Package tracking numbers are not supplied with the shipping confirmation. Our order system is not integrated with the various carriers used. Until we update our order systems, to supply tracking numbers individually would mean a large amount of manual entries which would drain our resources.

Please DO NOT request tracking numbers from us via email. Usually, by the time we are able to respond, the package would have already arrived at your destination.

However, if you suspect lost package or have exceeded the estimated wait time for your item, let us know and we will work with you individually to track and locate your packages. Estimated wait times are:

Domestic Packages: 10 days from time of order.

International Packages: 3 weeks from time of order.

International Shipping Charges:

If you are making an international purchase from a country that allows shipment of swords, we also charge an additional shipping charge per sword for the increased shipping fees.
